      Viruses are, in some respects, like the living dead flesh eating zombies in grade B science fiction movies. They are not exactly alive, nearly impossible to kill and keep coming back even after you kill them. This is particularly true of the herpes family of viruses. The conventional medical treatment for herpes virus infections is several anti-viral drugs and an assortment of drugs that provide only symptomatic relief.
